What file formats do you accept for artwork?

We prefer vector files (.AI, .EPS, .SVG, .PDF). High-resolution PNG (300 DPI or better, transparent background) and JPG also work for most engraving jobs. If you only have a low-res file, send it anyway — we can usually clean it up or recreate it as part of your proof.

Will you send me a proof before engraving?

Yes. Every order gets a free digital proof showing exactly how your engraving will look on the chosen product. We don't fire up the laser until you approve.

Do you offer design help?

Absolutely. If you don't have a logo or finished artwork, our team can help with simple layout, text styling, and vectorization at no extra cost on most jobs. Complex design work is quoted separately.

How fast can you turn around an order?

Standard orders typically ship in 5–7 business days after proof approval. Small runs (under 25 units) often go out in 3–5 days. Need it faster? We offer rush production for an additional fee — contact us for a quote.

How long does a 500-unit wholesale order take?

Most 500-unit runs ship 10–14 business days after proof approval, depending on the product and finish. Large recurring accounts can lock in faster guaranteed lead times.

Yes. Pricing breaks kick in at 25, 50, 100, 250, and 500+ units. The exact discount depends on the product — see each product page or request a custom quote.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

Most products have no minimum — we'll happily engrave a single piece. Some custom programs (private-label, branded packaging) start at 25 units.

Can you ship to multiple addresses?

Yes. For corporate gifting and event drops, we routinely ship to dozens of addresses from a single order. Send us a spreadsheet and we'll handle the rest.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship within the United States by default. International shipping is available on request — contact us with your destination for a rate quote.

What's your return policy on custom work?

Because every piece is made-to-order, custom engraved items aren't eligible for return. We stand behind our work, though — if something arrives damaged or doesn't match your approved proof, we'll remake or refund it.
